By enrolling in the Three Fat Guys Wine Club, you agree to a minimum one year membership commitment. During this initial one year term, memberships cannot be cancelled or paused. After the one year commitment has been fulfilled, your membership will automatically renew unless you request to cancel or pause by contacting Three Fat Guys Wine, L.L.C. at 707.938.7211 or club@tfgwines.com. Requests must be received prior to the processing of the next scheduled wine club shipment in order to take effect, as shipments that have already entered processing or shipped cannot be cancelled, paused, refunded, or returned. A pause applies only to future shipments and charges. Membership benefits, pricing, and discounts remain active until your request is confirmed by Three Fat Guys Wine, L.L.C. By continuing your membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these cancellation, pause, one year commitment, and automatic renewal terms.
