Shipping Info & Options

For orders received Wednesday through Sunday, your wine will be shipped on the following Monday, unless otherwise noted, requested or due to adverse weather conditions. Please check the status of your order to verify the exact shipping date. A tracking number will be emailed to you the day following your wine shipment. If you would like to request a specific date please contact us. Thank you.

 
  • Your age will be verified upon purchase as well you must sign that you are at least 21 years of age to receive your wine shipment.

  • AZ, CA, CO, ID, NM, NV, OR and WA: 2 to 3 Business Days

    Other States: 4 to 7 Business Days

    NJ: Due to state regulations, shipments to NJ may be delayed and will arrive approximately 2 weeks from leaving our warehouse

  • For expedited shipping, select your optimal shipping option from the dropdown list of shipping methods. For express shipping options, please note that orders may take up to 48 hours to prepare prior to shipping.

  • To maintain the integrity of every bottle you purchase during the hot summer months, we recommend expedited shipping or temperature controlled shipping. Please feel free to call Ani, our Relations Manager, at 707-343-7026 for more information.

  • When choosing temperature controlled shipping, please allow 1-2 weeks of transit time. All orders are on a 55-degree temperature controlled truck until it arrives to the local UPS hub in IL, FL, NY and TX. Delivery is 1-2 business days from the UPS hub, but please be aware they are delivered in a regular ground UPS truck that is not temperature controlled.

  • Due to instances of extreme heat or cold weather, we will hold or delay your wine from being shipped until we feel comfortable that it will be delivered to you at an appropriate temperature.
